Terms & Conditions

Charges for postage and packaging are for deliveries in the United Kingdom including Wales and Scotland. On the EZ Shopper store, postage and packaging will be automatically calculated as you check out your order.

All orders will be dispatched within seven working days of receipt.

Refunds: 
We can provide a 7 day refund or exchange policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, provided that the goods are returned to us unused, undamaged, still sealed (where applicable) and in the same condition they were received.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt along with your order number, : 128 Concepts, PO Box 11236, Kings Norton, Birmingham, B30 1DR, United Kingdom. We recommend you return items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered returns. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to refund you if you ordered online, via post.
